Losing the love of my
life started an unwelcome journey that I did not want to face. I have
always beleived that people are in your life for a reason... to learn
from. Tim taught me so
much
in the years I shared with him. The things that stand
out the most are; To belive in myself, and not to worry what other people think. To love me for me, and to find strength in my weaknesses. It has now been two years since Tim passed, and as I look back over these two years one of the questions I keep asking myself is what have I learnt from Tim dying? To appreciate your loved ones, family and friends and the time you spend with them. Never take them for granted. Cherish every minute of your life, good and bad. For with out the bad you cannot appreciate the good. Dont worry over the trivial things in life, they always work out in the end. And to help people. Every one on this earth is someones parent, child, brother, sister. I am sure that if your loved one was in trouble you would help them no matter what the problem was. That's why I am so passionate about helping people and this is a new begining for me. It is this reason that I want to share with you the information that has helped me accept Tims death (I don't have to like it but I have learnt to accept it.) The things that are now helping me on my new journey, one where now I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Inspiring me to change my life, live with passion, and be the best role model for my children that I can possibily be. Below are links to books, dvd's, and other information that I have found useful during my grief and my journey. It is my sincerest wish that these resources will help you as much as they have helped me. I still miss Tim so terribilly much but with the help of this information, time and my children I have found a reason to live again. Please email me any other links that you come accross you think may help others and I will add them to this page. info@special-funeral-poems.com www.davidkessler.org www.elizabethkublerross.com both have written numerous books on grief, death dying, and coping.
